• Handcrafted Nature: Please note that minor imperfections may exist due to the handcrafted nature of our porcelain. Slight variations in glaze, texture, and form are inherent in artisanal products and are not considered defects.
• Digital Display: Due to variations in electronic screens and browsers, colors may appear differently. Slight shade differences between website images and actual products may occur.
• Availability: Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit sales based on region or user.

3. Order Changes & Cancellation

• Cancellation Window: Prepaid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this, cancellations are not accepted.
• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Sale Events: Orders placed during sale events are final and cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Management Rights: Porcellique reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment due to payment issues, stock inaccuracies, or unforeseen technical problems.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery area, pincode, and package volume. No fixed free shipping is offered.
• Partners: All deliveries are handled by reputed partners to ensure safe handling of fragile goods.
• Unboxing Video: As per our Return Policy, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange claims.

5. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to infringe upon our intellectual property; to transmit malicious code; or to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others based on gender, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or disability.
