Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within India.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges at Porcellique are not fixed. To ensure fairness and accuracy, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the specific area of delivery, the pincode, and the total weight and volume of your order.
- Logistics Partners: To maintain the integrity of our delicate porcelain, all shipments are solely handled by reputed delivery partners (such as Delhivery and BlueDart), ensuring professional handling from our doors to yours.
- Delivery Timeline: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not classified as business days.
- Delays: While we strive for punctuality, occasional delays may occur during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. Should we anticipate a significant delay, our team will contact you via email or telephone.
- Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your Airway Bill (AWB) number and the name of our courier partner. You may track your package’s journey directly on the courier’s website using the provided AWB number.
