Delivery Protocol
Our delivery partners will attempt to reach you up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse. To ensure a seamless experience, please provide a complete shipping address, including the correct pin code and a reachable mobile number.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the artisanal nature of our work, your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following criteria:
- Incorrect Delivery: The product delivered does not match your order confirmation.
- Manufacturing Defect: The product possesses a genuine structural flaw.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect your purchase against transit damage or discrepancies, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory. This video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the items as they are unpacked.
Note on Artisanal Variation: Every Porcellique piece is handcrafted by master artisans, one at a time. This bespoke process results in slight variations in finish or form, which are celebrated as marks of authenticity and are not regarded as defects.
Resolution Process: Every request is evaluated individually, and Porcellique reserves the sole discretion to provide a resolution. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refused packages.
How to Initiate a Request
If your order meets the criteria above, please email hello@porcellique.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number & Delivery Address
- The Mandatory Unboxing Video
- High-resolution images of the defective or incorrect item
Please note: We are unable to entertain requests or review footage sent beyond 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
Products must be returned in their original condition, packaging, and accompanied by all original documentation (tags, invoice, etc.). Upon a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will issue a replacement, an exchange for a product of equal value, or a refund within 7 working days.
- Shipping Costs: Courier charges for returns to our warehouse are borne by the customer. Porcellique will cover the shipping charges for delivering your replacement.
